Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations: A 15% non-refundable deposit will confirm your stay. An additional 35% will be due 150 days (5 months) prior. The remaining balance will be due first day of reservation and will be automatically charged to bank account or credit card on file. All deposits are non-refundable. A valid credit card must be on file and pre-authorized for incidentals and/or damages.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel for a full refund less your non-refundable deposit on or before 150 days of your arrival date.  Please be aware, ALL cancellations within 150 days will be responsible for the FULL amount of your reservation unless we are able to rebook for the same value. No exceptions.

Payment Types: All payments are  electronic through ACH payments, electronic check or credit card unless other arrangements are made in writing.  The second deposit and final payment are automatically charged to the card or bank account on file. Payment processing fees apply and you should expect an additional 3% fee added to the full payment for credit cards and 1% for ACH payments, approximately. There is a $3.50 fee for our reservation management software. Honor Store purchases during your stay will be automatically charged to the card / account on file, unless arrangements are made in advance.
