This year’s real estate investing retreat will focus on creative acquisitions. In other words- how you can buy real estate with little or none of your own money or credit.
Date: Thursday September 26 to Sunday the 29th. Trainings are on Friday evening and Saturday.

What’s included?
Each attendee will have a private bedroom in a cabin or the log home. There is a full-kitchen and bathroom in each cabin. Want your own space? We have that option too!
Workshop and mastermind included.
Includes dinner on Thursday and Friday night, snack and lunch during the Saturday workshop. Saturday dinner will be a potluck meal.

Chris Albin- real estate investor and instructor
With an established real estate portfolio of his own, Chris is the owner of over 100 investment properties and manages many more. Chris’ background as a high school English teacher and wrestling coach, as well as service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, has given him a strong foundation in education. He holds a BA with Teacher Certification from Eastern IL University. He has purchased over 200 properties on a teacher’s salary, and used multiple, creative strategies in doing so.

Starting their journey as real estate investors just 5 years ago, Anna and Roy scaled quickly by mastering various creative acquisition strategies and raising private capital. As owners of Kona Kona Resort and several other properties in Minnesota and abroad, Anna and Roy have focused on building a vision-aligned portfolio that empowers them to live purpose-driven lives. Prior to investing, Roy was a journalist in Uganda. Anna was a professor at the University of Minnesota and Director of the Cleft and Craniofacial Center. They are now paying it forward and helping others learn real estate investing.
