The Details
Dates: Labor Day Weekend 20025. 8/29/25 (Friday) to 9/1/25 (Monday).
Where: Kona Kona Resort and Lake Cabins near Walker MN, owned by Anna and Roy Barigayomwe. The resort is located three hours from Minneapolis on the 2nd clearest lake in Minnesota.
What: A weekend for family and friends! Come experience the best cabins and lake in Minnesota! Plenty of fun playing in the lake, hiking, games, bonfires, music, great meals, and more are planned!
Cabins: Each cabin has 2-3 bedrooms with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shower. Cabins have heat and AC as needed. Each cabin has an amazing view of the lake! The 3-bedroom cabins include 2 queen beds and bunk beds or twins. The 2-bedroom cabin has a queen bed and full-sized bed.
We will also have bedrooms for rent in our featured retreat log home for couples and singles. Each bedroom is private and sleeps 2 people.

COST
Cabin $600. Occupancy is for 2-3 adults, plus 3-4 kids (Up to 6 family members). Extra guest fee: $20 per guest, per night. Maximum capacity is 8 people.
Private Bedroom: $300. Max occupancy 2 people.
Bed in Sleeping Loft $200. Full sized bed. This is an open space in a loft with a total of 3 beds.
Additional Fees: The retreat organizers will plan meals and activities. The cost of the food, prep and clean up will divided up and added as a “retreat fee” for anyone who wants to enjoy the group meals and activities.
Payment / Cancellations: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be automatically charged to the same card or bank account the week prior to check-in. Cancellations prior to January 6, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel after January 6, 2025, you will be responsible for the full amount.
